Palace Southside & Northside was created with a simple idea:
to offer Italian food, wine, and hospitality the way we grew up with it — honest, thoughtful, and without shortcuts.
Our pizza begins with unbleached, unbranded flour, slow fermentation,
and careful handling.
We use San Marzano–style tomatoes, a fiordilatte mozzarella blend,
and finishwith Parmigiano Reggiano to achieve balance, lightness, and clarity of flavor.
Our approach to hospitality is proudly recognized with Ospitalità Italiana, a certification that protects true Italian identity, culture, and method.
For us, service is not scripted or performative — it is human, observant, and sincere.
